    Sales Account Manager

    About the Job

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, driving revenue through lead generation and account growth, managing deal documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients after deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
    • Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
    • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by understanding evolving client needs and ensuring they are met.

    Revenue Growth and Lead Generation:

    • Identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and close high-value deals across B2B and B2C segments.
    • Own and drive the revenue generation strategy to achieve set sales target
    • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

    Deal Administration & Documentation:

    • Handle all administrative aspects of deal closure, including contract preparation and coordination with internal legal and finance teams.
    • Ensure all sales and account documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, client communications, and deal-related activities within the CRM.

    Account Growth & Retention:

    • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing accounts.
    • Support the development of account strategies to increase customer lifetime value and retention.
    • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align offerings with client needs and strategic goals.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration & Feedback:

    • Work closely with product, sourcing, and customer success teams to relay client feedback and coordinate solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and issue resolution.
    • Assist in preparing internal reports on account performance, client health, and deal status

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
    • Proven experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
    • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
    • Commercial awareness and ability to recognize growth opportunities
