Safety Security Officer at Kobo360

You Will

• Resolve all flagged trips and trip incidents
• Track and Trace or locate all unreachable trips
• Truck inspection towards incident prevention and violations - onboarding and incident focused inspections
• Locate breakdown and law enforcement incidents as escalated by other kobo teams
• Resolve all escalated incidents
• Deliver all trips that exceed ETA
• Daily incident status report
• Incident report and investigation report
• Other health and safety roles
• HSSE policy and implementation/compliance
• Emergency response at incident locations
• Attend to all escalated and flagged trips within assigned area/jurisdiction
• Monitor and Report regularly/daily on all assigned tasks and incidents
• Visit or locate all escalated incidents
• Resolve all assigned incidents
• Deliver all trips that failed on ETA
• Other incident related tasks

We're looking for someone who has

• 3 -5 years’ experience in security and/or diversions investigations
• Quick, outside-the-box thinking with strong problem-solving skills; ability to comprehend and communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly.
• Great communication & negotiation skills
• Innate interpersonal skills; collaborative customer-first focus, adaptable, comfortable with change
