Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for both cloud and desktop flows, as well as proficiency in other RPA solutions.
• The RPA Engineer will play a critical role in automating and optimizing business processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall productivity within our organization and our clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Process Automation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation. Design and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and other RPA tools to streamline workflows.
• RPA Development: Develop, configure, and maintain RPA bots for both cloud and desktop environments. This includes creating automation workflows, writing scripts, and integrating with various systems and applications.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and potential improvements. Conduct feasibility studies and document detailed process workflows.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements. Perform debugging and troubleshooting as needed.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including design documents, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of RPA bots and proactively address any issues or anomalies. Perform routine maintenance and updates to keep the automation solutions running smoothly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions into existing systems and processes. Provide training and support to end-users and business stakeholders.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to security and compliance standards. Implement necessary controls to protect sensitive data and maintain data integrity.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices. Identify opportunities for further automation and process enhancements to drive ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Proven experience as an RPA Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Automate for cloud and desktop flows.
• Proficiency in other RPA solutions such as Blue Prism and/or UI Path is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation best practices and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in process analysis, documentation, and process mapping.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and programming concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Automate (PL-500) or other RPA platforms (Blue Prism and/or UI Path) is a plus.
