Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk Manager located in Lagos.
• The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks within the organization. They will analyze the firm's risk model, evaluate potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and reduce risks.
• This role involves communicating risk policies and processes for the organization, developing risk reporting, and ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Risk Management, Financial Analysis, and Compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and risk management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or similar are a plus
• Experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred
