Job Summary

The Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks associated with the SentiFlex, Trade-in, and Sentinel operations within the organization. This role involves the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and controls to minimize the impact of potential risks on the business.

Key Competency Requirement

1. Ability to Identify and assess risks associated with software solutions, trade-in and mobile industry.
2. Ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize the impact of identified risks.
3. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management strategies are integrated into business processes.
4. Ability to conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to stay updated on changing risk profiles and emerging threats.
5. Ability to develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
6. Ability to provide reports and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors regarding the organization's risk exposure.
7. Ability to educate and train staff on risk management practices and procedures.

Qualifications Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field with professional certifications in risk management are preferred.
2. A minimum of 4 years work experience in risk management, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
3. Strong understanding of financial risk, operational risk, and compliance risk within the Mobile industry.
