Risk Assets Management Officer/ Manager at Fundsworth Limited

Job Summary:

The Risk Assets Management Officer/Manager will be responsible for managing and mitigating credit risk, overseeing the credit portfolio, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of credit risk management, loan administration, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mitigate credit risk across the portfolio
• Oversee loan administration, including loan disbursement, repayment, and recovery
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments
• Develop and implement credit risk management strategies and policies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, accounts, and treasury operations
• Analyze and report on credit risk metrics and trends

KPIs:

• Portfolio quality: Maintain a portfolio with low levels of delinquency and default
• Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential credit risks, and maintain a low risk profile
• Loan recovery: Achieve high recovery rates for delinquent loans
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Portfolio growth: Manage portfolio growth and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Reporting: Provide timely and accurate risk reporting to management
• Performance Metrics:
• Non-performing loan (NPL) ratio
• Loan loss provision coverage ratio
• Loan recovery rate
• Risk-adjusted return on assets
• Compliance audit scores

Requirements: 

• Graduate of Business/Finance 
• Must have 2-7 years hands-on in Credit Administration/Loan Recovery
• Must have good knowledge of Credit Underwriting, Administration and Loan Structuring/ Restructuring and management of delinquent loans
