Rigless Operations Coordinator at Hydroserve Group

Job Summary

• Shall be responsible for planning, supervision, execution and successful implementation of all our rigless operations encompassing: coiled tubing, well interventions services, thru-tubing services, pressure pumping, turnkey, Well Integrity (WIT) & barrier management services with full responsibility, accountability & adherence to Company's safety and environmental policy.
• Supervise 3" Party contractors involved in rigless wellhead, slick & braided wireline services and integrated Project Management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily colled tubing and rigless operations, including logistics planning and job scheduling.
• Coordinate jobsite layouts and ensure equipment placement is accurate and space-efficient.
• Monitor equipment rigup and positioning for compliance with safety guidelines.
• Supervise service engineers in field safety audits and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure proper allocation of personnel and tools for job execution.
• Maintain close communication with rigless teams, OPM, contractors, and safety officers for seamless delivery.
• Confirm that equipment, personnel, and materials arrive on-site on time, fully rigged and tested.
• Conduct pre-job meetings with staff, clients, and 3rd party personnel.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, serving as a role model for all field operations.
• Perform routine physical inventory checks.

Job Specification

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. in Petroleum / Chemical Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years in well intervention, colled tubing and wireline operations.
• BOISET training/Well control certification (IWCF-4 in well intervention pressure control).
• Abilty to operate in high H2S concentration onshore and offshore environments, and smart well completions.
• Good experience with HP/HT and high rate gas well intervention.
• Must be good with risk assessment and hazard identification.
• Demonstrates ability to clearly assess operational risks.
• Must Strongly believe in HSE culture.
• Experience in planning and good knowledge of budgeting and financialmatters.
• Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
