We are seeking a skilled and proactive Rigger Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quick resolution of escalated faults from service management to avoid downtime and ensure that customer’s links are up and running at all times.
The candidate will also be responsible for carrying out site survey that aid accurate and quality installation.
Job Responsibilities
Install approved links for new projects as assigned.
Perform professional and secure rigging and link installations.
Respond promptly to fault calls to maintain client/customer link performance.
Conduct accurate site surveys to support quality installations.
Resolve escalated faults within the defined SLA timelines.
Monitor BTS links and trunks to ensure 100% uptime availability.
Assist with quarterly routine maintenance at BTS sites.
Document all installations and fault resolutions for records and future reference.
Track and report stock levels of spares and equipment to HQ as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Telecom
Minimum of 2 year experience in a telecommunication industry.
Minimum of 1year Rigging experience in a Telecommunication industry
