• The Rider’s Manager will oversee rider performance, handle recruitment and training, ensure adherence to delivery standards, and implement operational improvements.
• Responsibilities include tracking key performance metrics, resolving rider-related issues, and collaborating with the management team to align operations with company goals.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Logistics & Rider Coordination skills
• Ability to train, evaluate, and motivate team members
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools and techniques
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in last-mile logistics is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
