Retail Store Manager at People Capacity Management

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the store meets its weekly sales target
• Take stock and manage store's inventory regularly
• Liase and manage vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments and delivery of goods
• Ensure quick customer turnaround to minimise crowd within the store
• Manage the store's social media accounts and make posts as often as possible to promote brand
• Monitor and record all daily sales
• Manage all customer service enquiries, queries and complaints
