Introduction

• The Retail Station Supervisor is vital in ensuring that our filling station operates smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.
• This role involves directly overseeing station attendants and assisting the Manager in implementing policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of the station to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Provide training and support to attendants and other junior staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas retail station.

Competences:

• Team leadership and motivation.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong customer service orientation.
