Retail Station Manager at Eterna Plc

• To ensure smooth and uninterrupted station operations through effective utilization of human and material resources, while driving sales and ensuring compliance with Eterna Plc's rules, regulations, policies, and operational standards. The role is responsible for managing and maximizing sales of PMS, AGO, Lubricant and Gas, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving station sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability of PMS, AGO, Gas and Lubricants in line with approved budgets and targets.
• Monitor daily station operations, including sales, meter readings, dipping, stock movement and cash lodgements, ensuring accuracy and proper controls.
• Ensure effective stock management, product replenishment and proper discharge processes while implementing controls to minimize fraud and stock/cash variances.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, operational policies and procedures, while maintaining high standards of service and station operations.
• Lead and develop station staff, manage customer feedback and complaints.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc.
• 2-4 years' relevant experience in retail, sales or station operations.
• Must demonstrate a track record of high integrity and accountability.
• Must have marketing or sales experience.
• Requires excellent analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team
