Retail Sales Representative at MorningStar Ceramics

Job Description

• We are looking to fill the position of a Retail Sales Representative who can handle customers and sales at our establishment.
• You will be required to help with selling products, helping customers with their purchases and keeping a check on the stock at the store.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products.
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and after-sales services
• Perform competitive analysis, market research and product assessment.
• Manage and maintain sales inventory and ensure the store is fully stacked.
• Analyze competitor's products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
• Provide customer's feedback to the store manager.
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.

Requirements

• OND / HND qualification
• 1 years proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Proven sales experience.
• Strong analytical, communication skills and computer skills
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Attention to details.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
