Retail Sales Representative at Fine Brothers Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand their request
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' preferences and budgets.
• Actively promote products and drive sales.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate delivery of products.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Maintain proper records of sales and customer transactions.
• Keep the retail space and product displays neat and attractive.
• Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and product demand.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree, OND or HND qualification in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and approachable personality.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
