Retail Sales Officer at 360 Creative Innovation Hub

As a sales officer your duties range from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items to lending opinions and providing product information. Individual responsibilities as a Retail Sales Officer may include demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas

Your Responsibulities are:

• Greeting clients and visitors as needed
• Cross-sell products through suggestions and references
• Provide information on pricing, after sales service and product features and other customer Enquiries
• Inform customers on discounts, special offers
• Ensure all racks are fully stocked and manage returns of merchandise
• Provide accurate feedback to the Retail Merchandiser
• Take account of and sort out all stock and inventory
• Stay up to date with current trends, products/services.
• Work with cash register and POS to sell products at the counter
• Maintain and monitor the cleanliness of the store

The Requirements:

• High School Diploma/Associate Degree (OND,HND & other certifications) in Marketing or related fields is a plus
•  BA/BS degree in Marketing or related fields is a plus
• 1-2 years’ experience as a sales personnel
• Basic Math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/ Excel & Adobe, Publisher
• Knowledge of inventory management (Stocking)
• Warm Personality and strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under limited supervision in fast paced environments
• Understanding of consumer behaviour and retails sales process
• Must have high integrity
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Familiar with material safety
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Available to work on nights and weekends
• Physically fit, able to work long hours on one’s feet
• Computer literate and comfortable
