Roles & Responsibilities

• Grow Assets Under Management (AUM)
• Create, execute and achieve sales targets that expand the company’s customer base and scale its local & global reach.
• Develop and convert a healthy pipeline of retail investors to active clients.
• Effectively manage the company’s retail sales funnel, leveraging the appropriate tools to achieve globally competitive conversion rates.
• Recruit, train & coach sales affiliates, setting their personal targets and ensuring delivery of KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in sales.
• Proven record of sales success from planning to closing.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing creative retail sales strategies.
• A good understanding of financial products.
• History of using sales software.
• Energy, drive and aptitude for delivering results
• Experience in financial services is an advantage.
