Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Sales Manager at Coronation Insurance Plc.
- The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing retail sales operations in Lagos, with the flexibility to work partially from home.
- Day-to-day tasks include managing sales teams, improving customer service, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales performance.
Qualifications
- Retail Sales and Sales skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven track record in enhancing Customer Experience
- Ability to lead and motivate sales teams
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of insurance products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
