Retail Sales Manager at Coronation Insurance Plc

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 insurance sales executives to achieve objectives.
• Responsible for motivating their team, developing strategies to expand market share, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing process improvements.
• Manage risks, monitor team performance, and build relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure sales achievement across allRetail Products.
• Develop, implement and maintain the internal and external sales strategy and processes to maximize the organisation's profit potential.
• Development and preparation of sales presentations and proposals for corporations, Unions, Cooperative Societies, Associations, etc.
• Resolving customer complaints promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
