Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales skills and developing Product Knowledge relevant to banking products.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with diverse customers.
Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate with team members.
Interest in banking, finance, or business and willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant tertiary program is preferred.
Basic numeracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures and compliance guidelines.
Professional demeanor, reliability, and readiness to work on-site in Lagos during standard banking hours.
