Retail Operations Officer at Ituen Basi Limited

Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee the general administration of the day to day operations of the company.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Coordinate with logistics companies to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of orders
• Manage the company’s support staff (Securities, Gardeners, Janitors etc.)
• Distributing information to all personnel, vendors and (potential) clients (e.g. memos, emails, reports etc.)
• Collecting, securing, organizing and managing administrative data according to company policy.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Organizing and maintaining both electronic and physical filing system for the company
• Maintaining a company calendar by coordinating in-house and external events.
• Planning and executing administrative meetings and events including travel logistics
• Engaging with customers, responding to product questions and facilitating sales in store and across all communication channels.
• Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions resulting from product sales.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Cross selling products to increase customer purchase.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and focusing on customer satisfaction in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years work experience.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
