Retail Operations Manager at Lifestores Pharmacy

About the role

• We're looking for an experienced & dynamic sales professional who has managed 3+ retail stores with a growth rate of 30%+ annually and who is great at project management.
• You will be managing our network of 5 pharmacies in Lagos, including setting targets, leading planning, driving sales growth, collaborating closely with the Pharmacy Managers of each store, ensuring high team morale, integrating new technology, and ensuring operations work smoothly.
• It’s an exciting leadership opportunity for the right candidate who is hands-on and willing to roll up his or her sleeves.
