• Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and strategies, with a focus on a fashion collection.
• Excellent Digital communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create digital and social media content
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in the use of retail management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
