Job Summary

• The Retail Manager (female) will oversee the daily operations of the store, drive revenue growth, lead the retail team, and ensure every client receives a premium luxury experience.
• The ideal candidate must be sales-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining the highest operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve monthly and annual store sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and excellence
• Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Ensure proper stock management, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment
• Supervise cash handling processes and POS accuracy
• Support the Human Resources Department to Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate Sales Associates
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular team evaluations
• Deliver and enforce exceptional customer service standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Build and maintain relationships with loyal and VIP clients
• Ensure all team members uphold the brand image through grooming and professional conduct
• Manage store expenses and ensure cost control
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedure.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years retail management experience (luxury or fashion industry preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Well-groomed with a strong understanding of luxury retail standards
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
