As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, driving revenue growth, managing retail teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets
Develop merchandising strategies and maintain premium visual presentation standards
Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to optimize business results
Lead, coach, and develop retail staff to achieve operational excellence
Resolve customer concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably within luxury retail environments
Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales performance analysis
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage store profitability
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
