Requirement

• Minimum Of Bachelor’s Degree/HND
• 3-5 Years’ Experience Cognate Experience In Related Environment
• Previous Managerial Experience In Retail Sector Is An Added Advantage
• Excellent Reporting And Presentation Skills - Intermediate Finance Knowledge
• Ability To Effectively Utilize Microsoft Office Packages And Other Equivalents
• Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
• Good Negotiation Skills

Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day administration of the store(s)
• Oversee pricing and stocking of merchandise, whilst maintaining inventory levels
•  Liaise with senior management in creating promotional strategies to maximize sales volumes
• Maintain good working relationship with suppliers and distributors
• Supervise, train, and motivate junior staff
• Handle customer queries and complaints
• Maximize profitability and setting/meeting sales targets
• Effectively manage and report sales and financial records
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment in compliance with health and safety legislation
