Retail Floor Assistant at Alpha Pharma

Job summary:

As a Retail floor assistant, you will provide excellent customer service, maintain a well-organised and fully stocked shelf. Support the overall store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels on the floor and promptly report shortages.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging stocks.
• Welcome, assist and guide customers to product locations.
• Ensure shelves are neat, clean, and properly labelled.
• Escalate customer complaints/product queries to the pharmacist.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of an OND in pure and applied sciences or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in pharmacy or retail is an advantage.
