Retail Associate at RavenPay Limited

Job Structure: Fully remote role (Office attendance once a month)
Reporting Line: The Retail associates will report to the Wealth Manager

Role Responsibilities

• To develop and implement personalized wealth management strategies for assigned HNI clients
• Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with new HNI prospects.
• To develop and implement ideas for the growth and development of the wealth management team
• To grow the balance sheet of HIFA IN Raven
• To solicit clients for HIFA & Pocket savings of the wealth management team
• To develop an adequate plan of action to bring about deliverables
• Attend standups to provide accurate reporting on the progress of sales and prospects.

Role Requirements

• Minimum of first Degree (HND / B.Sc) in Marketing, Finance, and other related disciplines.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in any recognized financial institution in Nigeria
• Candidate must have gained & established reputable customers from previous work.
• Evidence of Previous customers must also be seen.
• Candidate must be eligible and fit to work medically.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary - 100,000
• Transport subsidyn - 40,000
• Commission on target
• Data and Airtime allowance - 10,000
• December Incentive.
• Fully remote (onsite once a month)
