Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-oriented Client Service Officer to join our showroom team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, presenting and demonstrating products, and ensuring customers have an excellent shopping experience that leads to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present, explain, and demonstrate products available in the showroom.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
• Ensure all products are properly arranged, clean, and well-displayed at all times.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability details.
• Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in promoting ongoing offers, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
• Work with other team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in engaging and convincing customers.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/showroom environment.
• Must reside in Lagos and be able to commute to Ikeja.
