    Restaurant & Bar Manager

    Our restaurant is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the restaurant and bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing the inventory and ordering supplies, managing budgets and finances, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Restaurant & Bar Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and bar.  If you have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a track record of success in restaurant management, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage restaurant and bar staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and overseeing daily operations
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and bar
    • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Monitor budgets and finances, including tracking revenue and expenses, preparing financial reports, and making recommendations for cost-saving measures
    • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience
    • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
    • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and bar environment
    • Attend meetings and participate in decision-making processes with senior management

    Requirements:

    • Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in Recipe preparation, Food preparaton and decoration.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to manage budgets and finances
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
    • Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent Account recording and book keeping
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
