    Responsible Gaming Advisor

    Description

    • At KingMakers, we prioritize a culture of responsibility and care as we engage in the gaming industry. We are currently seeking a Responsible Gaming Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting responsible gaming practices across all platforms and ensuring compliance with local and international gaming regulations.
    • The Responsible Gaming Advisor will work closely with various stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer support teams, to implement programs and initiatives that protect players while boosting trust and sustainability within the gaming environment. Your ability to analyze data, understand player behavior, and develop targeted strategies will be crucial in fostering a safe and responsible gaming community.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive responsible gaming programs that align with KingMakers' goals and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor customer behavior and gaming patterns using data analytics tools to identify trends related to responsible gaming.
    • Educate internal teams and stakeholders on responsible gaming practices, ensuring teams are equipped to support customers effectively.
    • Coordinate with marketing to create awareness campaigns focusing on responsible gaming.
    • Work collaboratively with external stakeholders, such as responsible gambling organizations, to strengthen community relationships and stay updated on industry best practices.
    • Conduct regular training and workshops on responsible gaming for staff and management.
    • Assess the impact of implemented initiatives and make recommendations for improvements based on insights gathered.
    • Act as the point of contact for regulatory authorities regarding responsible gaming-related inquiries.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in responsible gaming or in roles related to customer protection in the gaming industry.
    • Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and player protection policies.
    • Experience working with analytical tools and data reporting to track and analyze player behavior.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Passion for promoting responsible gaming and making a positive impact in the community.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Capable of adapting to changing environments and regulations within the gaming industry.
