Key Responsibilities:

Grant and Proposal Development:

• Research and identify grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
• Collaborate with program teams to understand project requirements and develop targeted grant proposals.
• Write clear, persuasive, and compelling grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding organizations' criteria.

Budgeting and Financial Documentation:

• Prepare detailed budgets and financial documentation to support grant proposals.
• Ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting in grant applications.

Grant Application Management:

• Manage the end-to-end grant application process, including submission, follow-ups, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor and meet grant application deadlines.

Partnership and Donor Relations:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with funding organizations, donors, and partners.
• Identify and engage potential donors to secure funding opportunities.

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and grant funding opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:
