Job Summary

• To provide plumbing services within the Estate and assigned facilities function for an estate, including responsibility for its office, and other development projects.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Attending to plumbing related works and repairs within the facilities
• Install, service, and maintain water treatment systems, including sewage treatment.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, tubes, fittings, and valves.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and appliances, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct water treatment operations, including dosing chemicals and maintaining water quality.
• Attend to plumbing and drain service issues in residential, and commercial settings while effectively communicating with clients and Facility Managers.

Education And Experience

• Candidates should possess an OND.
• Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
• Valid plumbing certification or license.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.
• Experience with water treatment systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
