Resident Facility Officer at Jordan Brooke Estates

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Resident Facility Officer to manage the daily operations of our estate. 
• This is a hands-on role that combines security oversight, basic maintenance, and ensuring smooth running of essential services.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Facility Management: monitoring the proper operation, cleaning and maintenance of estate and company equipment.
• Oversee the security operations of the estate, including backup for security personnel as necessary
• Overseeing daily estate operations, including water supply, diesel power availability, and general facility upkeep. 
• Promptly reporting faults and security concerns to management.
• Ensuring integrity in the delivery of operational products and materials supplied by vendors.
• Carrying out other duties as assigned to ensure the estate operates efficiently.

Requirements

• Education: OND / NCE / HND qualification
• 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Gender: Male (due to the physical nature of the job).
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of handling security-related tasks.
• Security Conscious & Proactive: Must be alert, observant, and able to take initiative in managing estate operations.
• Experience in security, facility management, or estate maintenance is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance is a plus.
