Requirements
- Must have at least an M.Sc in Civil Engineering
- At least fifteen (15) years relevant professional experience in civil engineering (bituminous/concrete roads) and building construction projects.
- Must have been involved in at least two (2) Donor funded projects
- Must be fluent in English.
