    Reseller Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Reseller Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing reseller partnerships and driving sales through indirect channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive reseller strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Identify and recruit new resellers, ensuring they align with the company's values and target market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing resellers, providing them with the necessary support and resources.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide training, product information, and sales tools to resellers.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with resellers to assess performance, address challenges, and explore growth opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of reseller programs.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with resellers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to adjust reseller strategies as needed.
    • Work closely with marketing to develop collateral, campaigns, and promotions to support reseller initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations in all reseller agreements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
    • years of experience in IT sales or channel management, with a focus on reseller partnerships.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through reseller channels.
    • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
