Research Supervisors - Dutse at Datharm Foundation for Social Impact

• The selected candidates will oversee a four-week field data collection exercise, ensuring high-quality quantitative and qualitative data while maintaining strict adherence to study protocols, ethical standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise enumerators and coordinate field activities
• Ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical standards
• Conduct spot checks, back-checks, and quality assurance visits
• Monitor daily data collection and support field teams
• Troubleshoot operational and technical challenges
• Liaise with community leaders and health stakeholders
• Ensure timely data synchronization and reporting
• Support data validation, cleaning, and verification

Requirements:

• Minimum of a First Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Epidemiology, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in research, M&E, or public health data collection
• Prior experience supervising field teams is essential
• Proficiency in digital data tools (KoboCollect, ODK, SurveyCTO, REDCap)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Hausa and English
• Familiarity with Jigawa LGAs is an added advantage
