Research Assistant at Mariblock

What we're looking for

• Mariblock is seeking a Research Assistant with an interest in blockchain, AI, and digital assets. The intern will play a crucial role in conducting research to support our reports, articles, and advisory efforts. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic research-driven environment while working closely with industry experts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on blockchain, AI, and digital assets with a focus on Africa.
• Prepare research summaries, data-driven insights, and industry reports.
• Collaborate with other team members to curate short and long-form articles for publication.
• Analyze trends, policies, and developments in the blockchain and AI sectors.
• Assist in compiling and maintaining an internal research database.

Qualifications

Note: We’re giving preference to new NYSC members for this position.

• A background in economics, finance, data science, law, or related fields.
• Strong writing and communication skills - ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise thoughts.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Basic understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and AI.
