Assist in the scaling programme of WorldFish Nigeria to expand the decentralized tilapia seed supply system.
Liaise with established satellite tilapia hatcheries in Delta, Kwara, and Nasarawa States for monitoring and data collection on fry production and sales.
Support the selection of beneficiary farmers for training in best management practices of tilapia farming.
Assist in organizing training programmes for selected beneficiary farmers in the identified states.
Identify potential SME hatcheries to establish new tilapia satellite hatcheries in the selected states.
Support the implementation of input distribution to selected tilapia satellite hatcheries.
Report operational issues to the Officer-in-Charge of Nigeria for troubleshooting.
Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
