Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Research Support:

• Assist in planning and conducting experiments or studies in accordance with established protocols.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative or quantitative data.
• Perform literature reviews and summarize relevant findings.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of research procedures, results, and analyses.
• Prepare progress reports, research papers, presentations, and grant proposals.

Laboratory/Field Work:

• Operate and maintain laboratory or field equipment as needed.
• Ensure all research activities comply with safety and ethical standards.

Administrative Tasks:

• Coordinate with team members and external collaborators.
• Organize and manage research-related files, databases, and resources.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing materials for discussions.

Other Duties:

• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Stay updated on advancements and trends in the relevant field of research.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Experience with research methodologies, data collection, and analysis tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office, statistical analysis software like SPSS, R, or Python).
