Research and Partnership Officer at Mshel Homes Ltd

The Research and Partnership Officer will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing industry trends, identifying potential partnership opportunities, and fostering strategic collaborations that align with Mshel Homes Limited's growth objectives. The role combines analytical skills, relationship management, and strategic planning and implementation to enhance the company's market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new trends, market demands, and potential areas for growth.
• Analyze competitor strategies and provide insights to enhance Mshel Homes Limited’s competitive edge.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings to inform business strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential partnership opportunities that align with company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry leaders.
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage contractual agreements in collaboration with the legal team.
• Collaborate with the strategy and innovation team to integrate research findings into strategic planning.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand presence.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and suggest improvements as necessary.
• Represent Mshel Homes Limited at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the brand and build networks.
• Stay updated on industry developments and leverage insights to benefit the company.
• Work closely with strategy, innovation, sales, and operations teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
• Provide regular updates to management on research outcomes and partnership progress.
• Support the strategy department in tracking the implementation of each employee's performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in research, business development, or partnership roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of major Nigerian and foreign languages would be an asset.
• Proficiency in Research tools like Excel, Python, R, Power BI and PowerPoint is crucial. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
