Research and Data Analytics Team Lead

Reporting To: Strategy and Business Development Team Lead / Managing Director

Job Summary
- Our client as part of its strategic expansion, they are looking for an experienced Research and Data Analytics Team Lead to drive research excellence and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research projects across multiple sectors.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
- Design surveys, assessment tools, and evaluation frameworks.
- Produce policy briefs, market intelligence reports, and research publications.
- Develop dashboards and actionable business insights.
- Support consulting engagements through data analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Data Science or a related discipline.
- Experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills.
