Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth research and analysis of publicly traded companies, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
• This role requires monitoring industry trends, creating financial models, and delivering expert BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze publicly traded companies and communicate the company’s research, building its brand and referring potential new clients.
• Maintain constant coverage of industry-related news, trends, and developments. Disseminate the insight when appropriate to internal and external stakeholders. Also, to be published to the community and media.
• Provide BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendations and present findings to the clients.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of companies, including financial modeling, competitive positioning, management quality and market potential.
• Participate in company earnings calls and investor conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Statistics, or Econometrics.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Sales & Trading or Equity and Fixed Income Research.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with hands-on experience in financial modeling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and debate under pressure.
