We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth research and analysis of publicly traded companies, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
This role requires monitoring industry trends, creating financial models, and delivering expert BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze publicly traded companies and communicate the company’s research, building its brand and referring potential new clients.
Maintain constant coverage of industry-related news, trends, and developments. Disseminate the insight when appropriate to internal and external stakeholders. Also, to be published to the community and media.
Provide BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendations and present findings to the clients.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of companies, including financial modeling, competitive positioning, management quality and market potential.
Participate in company earnings calls and investor conferences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Statistics, or Econometrics.
2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Sales & Trading or Equity and Fixed Income Research.
Advanced proficiency in Excel with hands-on experience in financial modeling.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and debate under pressure.
