Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities through market research, site visits, and collaboration with the Marketing team.
Engage with potential clients and monitor competitor offerings to stay ahead in the industry.
Develop and submit tailored sales offers by gathering client requirements, integrating technical pricing from Sales Engineering, and securing managerial approvals.
Ensure all proposals are well-documented for future reference.
Manage all sales-related paperwork by validating documents, securing necessary signatures, and coordinating with internal departments for processing.
Track documentation through to completion and maintain organized records to prevent delays or miscommunication
Provide accurate pricing to clients by reviewing their profiles and referencing approved price lists from the Sales Manager.
Ensure consistency and transparency in pricing.
Coordinate the delivery and installation of generators by liaising with relevant teams.
Attend on-site commissioning when required to ensure successful handover and customer satisfaction.
Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive support.
Address inquiries promptly and maintain goodwill to drive repeat business and referrals.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events.
Network with prospects and promote the company’s brand to expand market reach.
Qualifications
Technical / University degree (Business Management, Marketing)
Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
