Turing.com is looking for a Senior Angular Developer on behalf of an insurance technology company providing flexible cyber insurance solutions. The developer will work with a small, growing team and have daily access to the decision-makers charting the company’s path. The platform offers a streamlined process that allows businesses, individuals, and insurance carriers to leverage the proprietary platforms in delivering cyber insurance solutions. The candidate will gain the opportunity to work with a team of passionate insurance professionals, engineers, and executives combining insurance and technology to deliver a dynamic cyber insurance product. The position offers a full-time, long-term engagement and requires a time overlap with Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Job Responsibilities:

• Build, optimize and maintain the front-end web apps developed in Angular

• Work closely with API developers to integrate REST web services into Angular front-end components and services

• Design and layout beautiful Web page designs while working closely with the product teams to achieve this

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

• 5 years of solid front-end UI, CSS, HTML and JavaScript design experience 

• 3 - 5 years of experience with Angular development, utilizing API calls, Angular state management (Observables, Subscriptions, etc.) 

• Experience with Rx.js, Reactive forms, Angular modules, Routing, performance LazyLoading, code splitting modules, localStorage, etc.

• Strong TypeScript knowledge and working experience writing TypeScript-based Angular components and services

• A performance and high-quality code mindset with a desire to constantly engineer the highest quality of design and software development

• Working experience with GIT is required

• Experience with Java and MongoDB is a huge plus

• Experience with state management, NGRX, and behavior subjects would be a plus
