Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and skilled Relationship Officer to join our team in Kaduna, Gwagwalada, and Kano.
• This full-time, on-site role involves managing customer relationships, handling loan disbursement and collection, verifying customer businesses, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for loan disbursement.
• Verify customers’ businesses and take inventory to determine appropriate loan amounts.
• Ensure timely collection of loan repayments.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide financial guidance as needed.
• Engage in sales activities to meet or exceed assigned targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Communication.
• Competence in Finance and Sales with proven success in achieving targets.
• Expertise in Customer Service with a passion for addressing client needs.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the microfinance or banking sector is a plus.
