Relationship Officer at Manuel media

Summary

• We are looking for goal driven and strategic relationship officer who is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business development activities. 
• The role focuses on maintaining strong communication with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients (brands, advertisers, agencies).
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, digital) to deliver media solutions tailored to client objectives.
• Support in developing proposals, presentations, and media plans.
• Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell media products and services.
• Assist in client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover from the sales or business development team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, media platforms, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and campaign progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience as relationship officer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with digital and traditional media channels.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
