Relationship Officer (Loan Officer) at Trident Microfinance Bank

Responsibilities
The relationship officer would be responsible for the following:

• Mobilization of customers for small business loans within Abuja and its environs, majorly Wuse, Utako, Garki, Kubwa markets, etc.
• Mobillize funds, account opening.
• Lead (or be part of) a team that would develop the retail deposits of the bank. N150,000.00-300,000.00.
• Develop and manage high network individual and corporate relationships.
• Verification of client's home and shop addresses in compliance with company's guidelines and procedures.
• Participation in credit committee for loan appraisals where required.
• Recovery of overdue loans while ensuring cordial and long-term relationship with customers through excellent customer service.
• Appraising client's business and capacity to service requested loan.
• Capture all required information (i.e. client & guarantor's name, address & image. Business image and address).
• Post-disbursement monitoring.
• Maintaining a healthy portfolio.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Bank.

Experience

• B.Sc. / HND inany related field.
• 1-5 years experience preferably within a finacial institution (commercial/investment/microfinance banksor asset/wealth manager)
• Strong industry and HNI network.
• Strong presentation skills and excellent communication, negation skills.
• Good knowledge about the economy and ganeral market.
