Relationship Officer

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years max
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
Are you a sales-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, meeting new people, and achieving targets?

YOUR ROLE
- Acquire and onboard new customers
- Build strong relationships with associations and communities
- Drive loan acquisition and disbursement
- Grow and manage a healthy customer portfolio
- Promote loans, savings, micro-pension and micro-insurance products
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Excellent in communication and relationship management
- Confident, proactive and resilient
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement
- Comfortable with field-based activities
- Experience in lending or collections will be an added advantage.
