• We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Relationship Officer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is the aggressive mobilization of Fixed Deposit funds and the management of high-net-worth portfolios.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong network, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting ambitious liability generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Fund Mobilization: Proactively identify and engage potential individual and corporate clients to deposit bulk funds (Fixed Deposits).
• Portfolio Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), corporate entities, and institutional investors.
• Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase the bank’s market share in fixed-term investments.
• Client Retention: Provide exceptional personalized service to ensure the retention of existing deposit customers and encourage reinvestment.
• Product Knowledge: Clearly communicate the value proposition of our investment products, interest rates, and financial security to prospective clients.
