Job Requirement
- Minimum of National Diploma.
- Experience - Minimum of 3 years
- Please note the key criteria:
- Familiarity with group lending methodology (micro-lending).
- At least 3 years of experience as a loan officer. –
- Proficiency in computer skills and banking software. –
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. –
- Strong customer service orientation and exceptional sales skills.
